Mr. Dakin is business startup veteran with 31 years of experience acting as consultant, advisor, legal counsel, expert witness, investor, principal investigator, educator, officer and director to a large number of private businesses, educational organizations, professional associations and government agencies.
Mr. Dakin has served as an executive in many leadership positions pursuing business opportunities in multiple markets. Working with cutting edge technology and programs for commercialization of innovation, Mr. Dakin has brought to bear his own creative and communication talents. He has consulted or managed a number of companies within the health care industry which companies have included multiple medical devices, a pharmaceutical company as well as a company providing communication services.
He regularly consults and lectures on technology based business startups. Mr. Dakin was certified as a New Product Development Professional by the Product Development Management Association. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.
Mr. Dakin currently sits on the board and is President of the National Center for Community Relations, is a Senior Fellow with the DaVinci Institute and has business interests in economic development, mining, materials manufacture and agriculture.

 Steve Baker – President, Director
With core strengths in new business development and strategic marketing, Mr. Baker is a startup veteran with 30 years experience as a founder of successful businesses and a business advisor. He has helped grow startup companies from conception to millions of dollars in revenues in many diverse industries, has developed new products and designed the strategic sales and marketing campaigns to catapult the programs to bottom line success.
He previously was co-founder of a medical device company and has experience in RF energy treatment of migraine headache pain. Mr. Baker was also a co-founder of an international travel company. The Company completed a successful initial public stock offering (IPO) and reached revenues of $500 million in the first year.
Throughout his business career, he has succeeded in establishing market power and leadership for his companies through innovative marketing approaches. Mr. Baker has a long track record of promoting his companies by establishing strong corporate communications to create a complete presentation of the company to establish a high profile and credible image to customers, employees and the general public, while making the businesses capital attractive to investors.
Mr. Baker writes business articles for Colorado Biz Magazine and has a popular business blog offering advice to entrepreneurs. He is also the author of the book Pushing Water Uphill With a Rake, which was honored with two writing awards in the business book category.  Boris Mannsfeld – Vice President of Development, Director
Boris Mannsfeld brings 18 years of business experience and contacts in Belize to the company. His on-the-ground development experience, creativity, perseverance and sales & marketing skills will be a valuable asset to the success of the Company.
Belize caught Mr. Mannsfeld’s eye in 1992 during his first visit and he has been traveling there ever since. He has owned beach front property on Placencia, Belize since 1997 and after analyzing the real estate market he decided to pursue a development opportunity. He started a major condominium development project in 2006 named The Villas at Cocoplum located in Placencia, Belize (www.thevillasatcocoplum.com).
The Villas at Cocoplum has quickly earned an exceptional reputation as one of the premier developments in Belize. Mr. Mannsfeld formed strategic alliances with the best businesses in Belize and beyond to promote the project and to offer his clients exceptional quality and service. He entered the real estate brokerage market with Boris Mannsfeld & Associates – a brokerage firm based on the highest level of professionalism, ethics and service. The firm and condominium project continue to prosper.
Mr. Mannsfeld was recently featured as one of only three Caribbean developers in the prestigious British Caribbean World magazine.
Throughout the years of doing business in Belize, he has developed an extensive pool of local contacts including real estate agents, contractors, developers, consultants and government officials. His combination of construction and development experience, local contacts and an extensive knowledge of the local Belizean real estate market will highly benefit the Company.
Before diversifying and focusing his energy on development in Belize, Mr. Mannsfeld’s primary business was developing and building residential and commercial space in Denver, Colorado. After earning his MBA and serving in a CFO position with an international development group based in Germany/Denver, Mr. Mannsfeld realized that real estate development was his real forte and in 1997 he began his own firm. Numerous articles have been published about his business.
Mr. Mannsfeld is an active member of the Association of Real Estate Brokers of Belize (AREBB), the Belize Tourism Administration Association (BTIA), the Belize Hotel Association (BHA), the American Chamber of Commerce and the International real Estate Federation (FIABCI).  Dr. Shane Kraft – Vice President of Wellness, Director
Dr. Shane Kraft’s expertise lies in business development and management of successful wellness centers in Canada.
He is the Founder, CEO, and principal owner of Optimum Wellness Centres. (www.optimumwellnesscentres.com) Based in Calgary Alberta, Canada, the centers are a multidisciplinary, collaborative integrative healthcare provider in the Calgary area, with 19 locations and a 20th under construction. Dr. Kraft and his company have been recognized by the Consumers Choice Awards for the last 3 years running.
Dr. Kraft has conceived, designed and managed the construction and operation of over 21 multidisciplinary clinics in his 20 year career.
He is familiar with all facets of successfully operating healthcare clinics, including the integration and development of key personnel, accounting, patient and insurance billing, and software procedures, secure record storage and effective policies and procedures to maximize both patient experience and clinic profitability.
Dr. Kraft’s current clinics service the public as well as government agencies and large and small businesses and corporations.
Dr. Kraft is a cum laude, clinic honors graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and has been in full time practice in Calgary since 1992. He has successfully completed the U.S.A. National Chiropractic Board Examinations I, II and III, the Canadian National Board Examinations and the Provincial Examinations of Alberta, Ontario, and British Columbia. He sits on the Alberta selection committee for acceptance to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He has successfully completed the North America Academy of Impairment Rating Physicians program and the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute Programs.
Dr. Kraft has been awarded the D.V. Hoskins award for most outstanding Intern, the Erica Langer award for research, and first place award from the International Federation for Spinal Education and Research. He has given presentations to the World Chiropractic Congress in London England, the Industrial and Hospitality Industry in Calgary and the Women’s Professional Business Association in Calgary, and has been published in the Journal of the Canadian Chiropractic Association
Dr. Kraft has been recognized and awarded as a Leader of Tomorrow by Business in Calgary, and sits as an advisor on the Mount Royal University Integrative Health Institute Massage Therapy program.
